We are looking for responsible, cooperative, and active families for our puppies. When the puppies are handed over, they will be registered and microchipped. Veterinary inspections and worm treatments will also be completed. Each puppy will come with a package including written care instructions. All our dogs and puppies grow up as part of normal daily life.
Puppies traveling abroad will be prepared according to Finnish regulations, with an EU passport, all necessary vaccinations, and in compliance with the import requirements of the destination country. We do not ship puppies by courier or cargo, and a puppy will never travel anywhere without a person. The new owner will collect the puppy in Finland, or we will agree together on the delivery arrangements.
Although the parents of our puppies have been X-rayed in accordance with the Finnish PEVISA program for skeletal evaluation, developmental disorders of the hip and elbow joints are hereditary and progressive and may develop during a puppy’s growth and skeletal development. Despite careful evaluation of the parents’ X-rays and pedigrees, the breeder cannot influence the possible development of such changes. Skeletal development may also be affected by external factors:
Improper nutrition (imbalanced diet, excessive protein intake, overfeeding, or inadequate nutrition).
-Home surfaces and environment (slippery floors such as wooden or tiled surfaces, stairs; the use of carpets is recommended until approximately 12 months of age).
-Excessive or inappropriate exercise (long walks, jumping, excessive running, accidents, or impacts).
-The parents’ skeletal X-rays cannot guarantee that a puppy will not develop changes, as skeletal development is individual in each dog.
-Supplements supporting joint and skeletal health may be used from 6 months of age in accordance with the guidance of a professional experienced in canine nutrition.
